Favorite Quote:

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.” -Ghandi

Sometimes clients become hesitant to begin their therapeutic process, not because they’re not ready for growth and change, but because it is intimidating to consider trusting someone else enough to be vulnerable.

I recognize that the human condition is raw and authentic, and sometimes difficult to cope with. Therefore, I utilize a humanistic approach to meet each client where they’re at and consider each one’s individual experiences and needs.

I am humbled by the opportunity to be a part of my client’s journeys. My humbled and authentic approach creates a safe, validating, welcoming place for you to find help and healing.
